1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the pussyapk platform, including the website, mobile application, games, and all related services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pussyapk platform. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access or register an account, whichever is earlier.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

pussyapk services are limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 or above at the date of registration. ⚠️ Malaysian law sets a minimum age requirement for casino gambling.
• Not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously banned or voluntarily excluded from pussyapk or any related gambling platform.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one active account. Holding multiple accounts, whether directly or through a proxy, is a serious violation of these terms. pussyapk reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or a valid travel document.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

pussyapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All transactions are subject to the applicable minimum limits.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. pussyapk does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform's side, though financial service providers may apply their own charges.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the technical limits of that platform. In certain cases, a withdrawal may require additional verification before it is approved. pussyapk reserves the right to delay or hold suspicious withdrawal requests until an investigation is complete.

Funds in a player's account are user funds held in trust by pussyapk. Bonus funds and real money are managed separately in the system. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been met.

4. Bonus and Promotion Conditions

pussyapk offers various promotions including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering conditions that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

Bonuses may only be used for wagering within the pussyapk platform. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through dishonest means — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or placing bets deliberately structured to meet conditions without genuine risk — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related balance.

pussyapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. pussyapk's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and the resolution of bonus disputes are final.

5. Game Rules and Integrity

All games offered on the pussyapk platform are operated by licensed software providers using independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased game outcomes.

In the event of a technical error or system interruption during an active game round, pussyapk reserves the right to void that round and return the original bet to the player. Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will not be paid out, and pussyapk is not liable for any losses incurred due to technical disruptions.

Players are not permitted to use any automated software or methods, bots, or technical tools to assist in gameplay or to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. The use of legitimate strategies based on knowledge and skill is permitted and is not covered by this prohibition.

6. Acceptable User Conduct

Players are required to maintain responsible and ethical standards of conduct when using the pussyapk platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, breach of trust, or attempts to deceive the platform or other players.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful activity.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at pussyapk staff or other players.
• Sharing account information or allowing another party to use your account.
• Exploiting pricing errors, software vulnerabilities, or other technical faults for personal gain.
• Any attempt to hack, compromise security, or disrupt platform operations.

Players who violate any of the above may face immediate action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of funds in the account, subject to case assessment by pussyapk management.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

pussyapk reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the pussyapk support team. For players who choose to self-exclude as part of the responsible gambling programme, a dedicated self-exclusion procedure is available through our Responsible Gambling page.

Upon account closure initiated by the player, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to minimum withdrawal requirements and identity verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

pussyapk services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, pussyapk and its partners disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

pussyapk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption. pussyapk's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total real money deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling carries real financial risk. Players are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions on this platform.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pussyapk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of pussyapk or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any use beyond this — including reproduction, distribution, sale, or commercial exploitation of any part of the platform — is prohibited without prior written consent from pussyapk.

10. Amendments to These Terms

pussyapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. Minor amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.

It is the player's responsibility to review these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this document indicates the latest update. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The pussyapk platform operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with accepted international online gambling law principles.

Any dispute between a player and pussyapk should first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Players are asked to contact our 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email to submit a complaint. pussyapk is committed to addressing and resolving complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body recognised by the licensing authority that issued our operating licence. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
